Bluetooth version

Does anybody know what BT version TSX use? Looks like all phones that approved to use with Acura have BT version v1.2. If I buy unlocked Europen phone with BT v2 will it work? Also, what happens if US begin to use v2.0? Does it mean that your new phone won't work with BT in the car? I assume thqt average person changes phone more often than car

Thanks!

Supposedly v2 phones should be backward compatible with v1.2.

You need HFP (Hands Free Profile) support for v1.2 for it to work, as I understand it. Any phone made in the last 2 years should have this, and v2 is fine also.
