Blitzsafe in Toronto
I've been doing some reading on the Blitzsafe adapter for iPod. Seems pretty simple to connect. Is anyone in Toronto using this with their NAV?
I have a few questions:
1. This is probably a dumb question, but is there any difference with connecting it to a Canadian TSX compared to a US TSX?
2. Also, is there any place in the Toronto area that sells this off the shelf?
3. Anyone recommend anything else over the Blitzsafe? If so, why?

I picked up the blitzsafe v2 (Non nav) @ Nu Tek Electronics in Concord (Keele & Langstaff) for $99 before tax 905-660-4558. Had it installed at Kromer Radio (Bathhurst & Dundas) as I wanted the other end coming through the cupholder in the centre console and didn't feel comfortable doing it myself.

Kromer charged $55 for the install, they made a small hole in the bottom side of the cup holder so if I was to ever remove the blitzsafe the hole is pretty much unseen.
I got the Belkin ipod holder from futureshop for $35, they have another version for $19 but it's just a foam holder. The Belkin is height adjustable and pivots so the passanger can rotate it for easy viewing if they choose.
The setup is nice in that I can have my arm resting on the armrest and can easily reach the ipod without fumbling around.
I'm going to paint the belkin black to match the interior of the car and the ipod itself.

No sorry, but this will give you a step by step on how to remove the centre console and get to the back of the stereo to plug in the blitzsafe. There are threads on this site that have pics of installs using the snhond3.
