Blitzsafe adaptor for TSX with Navi

I've been wanting a way to plug my IPOD in my TSX with NAVI. I'm currently using the Belkin FM modulator and want better sound. I've heard and seen discussion on the Blitzsafe adaptor and it seems like it's a pretty simple install. Looks like you just unplug a simple to find harness behind the storage bin and plug the Blitzsafe adaptor in between. Am I correct in this? I don't really want to cut into any of the wiring. Any input is appreciated from someone who's done this on a Navi TSX.

I'm also curious to hear if anyone has installed the Blitzsafe with a nav TSX and how easy/hard it was compared to the snhond3.

Can this also be done on a non-navi?

It's much easier to do it with the non-navi, TSX 3 Pedal.

Why does the number of pedals you have make a difference?

LOL, because if you had more than 3 that wouldn't make sense.

why is it so much easier for non-navi?? I want to get the adaptor too, i have NAVI. From my understanding its the same procedure as long as u get the correct aux adapter (ie navi adapter for navi)

In a non-navi, you can just plug the adapter into the HU and be done. However, with the nav, one must splice together (or purchase) a Y adapter before plugging it into the HU.

The Blitzsafe version is supposed to have the navi harness spliced to it already. It's plug and play, just like the non-navi. But I'm still waiting for mine. It's been backordered on logjam for a month now.

i have the blitzsafe adaptor for the navi tsx and i dont need it because i refuse to spend 200-300 on an icruze or icelink and dont like the sound output from the headphone jack. i literally plugged it in for a day or two and removed it. ill sell whomever is interested the blitzsafe and the monster icable for 150. i know this belongs in another section but NOONE responds there.

we have a black market section for a reason and yes people do respond there. It's the second most active section in OT section.
