Blanks....

Hey, just wondering what these 2 blanks are for in THIS PICTURE OF WIZ'S CAR
I figure one might be the fog lights, I'm probably wrong.
What would the other one be?

They are on all the US cars and have no purpose. In Japan they might be healamp levelers or something else they have and we do not. I am gonna get black Hinda switches and hook some stuff up there

What about heated mirrors in Canada? Would there be a switch for those there?

USDM Accord uses every one of their blanks. (with dealer options)

Fog lights fill one of the blanks forsure.
The other may be an option no one on this board has installed yet.

Heated mirrors on found on the center tunnel for gen 6 cords. Likely the same for TSX.

I think most heated mirrors are just prewired to the rear defroster

I believe one of those blanks are for the foglights. The other one is a swich for HID leveling. I saw a picture of it on one of the other boards. Pretty cool.

the switch for the heated mirrors for the Canadian version is right next to the power mirror joystick.

I think one of them is for the 007 version for passenger eject and the other one is for heat seeking missiles

I think they are there for whatever you put on your car that is aftermarket that might need a switch. They give you the option of putting one in there so that it looks stock...just my guess.

Hello-

First of all, this is my 100th post! WOO HOO! <nerdy laugh & smile>

Anyway, could one of the blank spots possibly be for the headlamp washers the US didn't get? :'(

They are for Japanese only options (intellegent cruise and something else)

The reason the NA Accord uses all of them is because it was designed to use them rather then a transfered design where stuff had to be cut out.

Stash,
Kudos on the find.

The two are for intelligent cruise and HID leveling.
