Best place to buy air filters??

Where is the best and cheapest place to buy an air filter and an in-cabin air filter? I tried the search feature but got way too many irrelevant topics.

I found a couple places online but the price seems a bit high. Also, will OEM filters from any other Honda/Acura fit into my '05 TSX properly??

Thanks for helping.

Just go to your acura dealer and buy the OEM air filter. I bought one last week and I was surprised it's only 7 bucks and some very small change. I add in a crush washer and the total came out 7.99 exactly.

OEM air filter for $7? Damn, that's cheap coming from an Acura dealer. Are you sure you're not talking about a OIL filter, cause I know they go for $7 at the dealer. And a crush washer for 99 cents is a bit high; cheapest I've gotten for is 19 cents.

To the OP, the cabin filter for the Accord 2003 - 2007 fits our TSX. They can vary in price, but $16 is an avg price.

Micron Air Filter
Part# 80292-SDA-A01
$15.95

Can't help you on the engine air filter since I'm running a CAI.

I've just changed mine. Bought a FRAM air filter for $20... the OEM one is 35 over here.

Take a look how that thing looked!

I just picked up a NAPA Gold air filter for $23+tax yesterday. Not sure how much the OEM one is but I'm sure it'll probably be more.

Apparently 5000 miles ago. Well that's what my history is saying.

Can anyone confirm that the 2003-2005 Honda Accord air and in-cabin filters will fit into a 2005 TSX without any problems? I found the filters here http://www.handa-accessories.com/accmaint03.html but want to be sure before I order them.

I'm pretty darn sure the 2005 Accord and 2005 blower units are the same. What you can do is look for an exploded parts diagram of the 2005 Accord and TSX blower units, and if the look they same,... there's your answer.

The in cabin filter will fit, but I'm not sure about the air intake filter.

I bought the Fram CA9564 Heavy Duty Air Filter from amazon for $14.34 w/ free shipping (order over $25), which fits my 2007 Acura TSX. I'm pretty sure it can be found at wal-mart as well for similarly low price. Didn't even have to go to the store....

Just buy a K&N filter. I ordered mine through Local Knecht's for $41, but usually they cost around $50. You will get more power, better fuel economy, and will never have to replace it. If you want even more power, also remove the resonator that goes under the left fender.
