I know this is a bit off topic but can some1 plz teach me how to make a JPEG image smaller so i can use it as an avatar.

 

get the picture you want... has to be relatively small to begin w/. then just use any photo editing program to size the picture to the dimensions that a-tsx.com lets you use. i know in "acdsee" you click image/resize/(size to the dimensions), then you upload.

not sure if that helped... but all in all, just mess with your program to resize your picture.

 

I use Windows Paint. I import small picture to My documents. Right click on picture. Click on "open with". Click on paint. Click on "image". Select stretch/skew. Adjust size. Save. You're done.
