Auxiliary Jack in 2006 TSX

The press release for the 2006 TSX says there is an auxiliary jack in center console for digital music players. Just curious if anyone has heard or seen specifically where this jack is located.

$#@&*%!!!

They couldn't think of this for 2005? Friggin' car companies are so slow to implement new technologies! Only governments are slower than these people...

for $100 you can do the same thing for an '04+.

They are 'slow to implement' so it gives reasons for people to upgrade and I wouldnt really consider a 3.5" stereo jack a new technology.

either way i wish i had it in my 04

LOL, I take offense to that. The reason why the government is so slow to implement new technology is 1.) We have to prove that it works in ANY battle enviornment, from the Artic to the Sahara. 2.) We have to apply for funding 7 years ahead of time. 3.) The funding has to get approved and dispearsed.

The jack should have been placed in the dash.

If you get the Acura Music Link for your iPod, what happens to the aux. jack (will it be replaced or will you have two ports for your music needs) ?

Someone said you could add an auxiliary jack to a 2005. Basically, how would you do that? What do you set the stereo on to access the jack? Does it matter if you have NAV?
