Atlanta Area Acura Owners(Read this)

A big shout out to all Acura owners world wide.
Just wanted to give you a heads up on the Service I recieved from Nalley Acura in Marietta Georgia today.
1st. a little background. I have had my PWP 2006/Navi 2006 for 6 months. No problems at all. It came time for the oil change today at 4989 (little soon still had 20% on the Oil Life). I have a road trip tomorrow to Ashville, NC and thought it would be a good idea to have some fresh Mobile 1 5W30 in her. I called into the dealer and spoke with my service manager and told him I needed a oil change. He said bring it on in. I did so. Here are a few things noted for my visit.
1st. Everyone was friendly and ready to serve me.
2nd They handled my car with great care (I watched every step).
3rd. Great waiting aera to sip on cold water, coffee and snaks. They are provided for free.
4th. My service advisor came in and checked on me to see how I was doing.
5th The Mech placed protective plastic in the front of the car to gaurd from stains.
6th. The Mech after finishing up came and and thanked me for my business and wished me a merry christmas.
7th My salesman noticed me and came over to speak with me and see how my car was.
8. I watched them wash and armor all the wheels. (Clean water and Maguires used.) Dried my car with a chomas.(No Charge included with oil change)
9. Delivered it back to me in 45 mins from walk in.
Ok now here is the big question you are all asking in your mind.
$107.00 (total tax included)
I also had my tires rotated and balanced (high speed).
I check with another oil change facility for pricing. 59.00 for the oil change and synthetic oil. 39.99 for the wheel rotation and low speed balancing (45mph.)
So for me it was a no brainer. I knew I could have done it myself, but time is of the essence sometimes and it great to know that Nalley Acura in Marietta Ga is there when you need them. Overall I was very satisifed with the level of service I recieved.....Hope you have a great visit like I did.......

Same here. They are professional and quick. And ask them not to wash the car...they don't

Another thing I like about Hendrick; it's right next door to a Porsche, BMW, Land Rover and Mini dealership Gives me stuff to drool over for the 45mins to an hour that I'm waiting

Why rotate and balance at 5K miles? I always rotate at 10K and only balance if there is uneven tire wear or vibration.

Got the same experience at Gabriel Acura in Montreal. This is nice to read; thanks for posting. We typically only hear the few of us that had bad experiences.

I am also in the Atlanta Area. I go to Ed Voyles and always get great service. I have been going there since '01 and have always had a pleasant experience. Usually when I go for an oil change & tire rotation, it usually costs <$75, though. I also get a complementary car wash (although now by machine and not by hand like they used to ). And I also love the fact that I can just drive in unannounced and they recognize me even though I don't visit often since I only have 40K miles on my '01 CL.

This thread has to be from someone who works at Nalley Acura because I've been there and it is the single worst dealership of all time. I've never met another group of people so thoroughly incompetent in my entire life. I took my TL to them with a few problems, and when I finally got it back, the problems had not been solved - they had MULTIPLIED. They messed up anything they worked on. My car's dash was warped, so they replaced it. They didn't install it correctly, though - now the dash has weird screw points almost poking through the material, the airbag cover is misaligned, there is a gap in the dash that wasn't there before, and they reused some vents that are now coming apart. The dash was not put in properly so it was literally loose - it would shake at highway speeds. Those morons told me it was a "Free-floating" dash, not attached to the car in any way. When I couldn't get Ed Voyles to touch it since Nalley had done the repair, I had to bully Nalley into looking at it again. They called a day later saying it was fixed. They had stuffed a used shop rag down between the windshield and the top of the dash, I kid you not. I blew up at them and had to get ACS involved. It was finally resolved when I got my lawyer involved.

Their stupidity is unspeakable.

Atlanta area owners, AVOID NALLEY AT ALL COST. Go to Ed Voyles, where the service team is smart, will treat you like a customer instead of a bother, and where you will actually get your issues solved rather than multiplied.

03CoupeV6,
I dont work for Nalley. I am a Acura owner just like you. I have a right to voice my experience. Just because you had a bad experience dosent mean everyone has a bad experience. Nally Acura made me feel like I was driving a 100,000 dollar car. I wrote my experience to share it with everyone else.

Baranco is also good in the Atlanta area. Car is always clean and service is great. Too bad they don't do the same with my Pacifica. It goes in dirty and comes out dirty-WTF.

I'm a HUGE Nalley fan. My dad has been going to Nalley Acura ever since his first legend in 1986. Now I have my TSX and he has his TL and we always go to Nalley. Although Nalley is on the north side of town and we live on the south side, we drive an hour to get our cars serviced there. They know me by name and complete my long list of requests.

Just had a service visit today. Got there at 7:45 had my rotors turned, oil changed, trim piece installed, suspension fixed, tires rotated and car washed and I was out of there by 11:30. Their wireless is great so I stayed busy the entire time on my laptop. Oh and they never make any sort of fuss about my mods except to compliment how good they look.
