Does anyone know how to do the E-brake adjustment?

i want to make it tighter. If anyone have scans of the service manual or perhaps done it before, let me know.

I did it with the entire center console removed, but the manual states that it should be 9 to 11 clicks up to set the e-brake. Once the console is removed, there are two tension nuts that can be screwed in to put more tension on the wires. Don't make it too tight because you are in essence putting the spring on the rear calipers under more tension. My e-brake is on the high end at 11 clicks, never had an issue.
