thanks nujen for the email...

2 dealerships confirmed to me that there are no more 2007 MT tsx in CA..
should I wait for the 08 tsx to come out, then be one of the first to snatch a 08 MT tsx? what would the interest rates be for the 08s around labor day? Anyone remember what the rates were for the 07 last year when they barely came out? or should i just get the AT tsx? Thanks

okay guys... I received what I believe to be the lowest price by far (from what i've seen)... The internet guy for South Bay Acura quoted me 27,288 + tax.. coming out out 29876 for a 07 AT TSX w/ navi, nothing more, nothing less. I'm putting off on the buy for now. I'd rather quit my job than to be stuck with them for a couple months, if not longer. Just thought I'd help someone out. Prices end after july 5th (apr special also)

I got my TSX 07 with Navi at the same dealership. It's in Torrance right? It's still possible to get lower a lower price. My price was $27,150 in mid-June. I got this deal with the fleet manager, not the internet salesman.

wow, that is cheap.. do you remember the guy's name? I might probably go for an 08 during end of year or something, and get a MT w/ navi. That or wait it out and get an 09

Wow, those are some good prices! Do they include destination fees? If so, how do you get them so cheap?? I really need to learn how to bargain...

When you guys get as old as I am (judging by those that include age, I could be your father), you'll start to realize that a few hundred bucks on a $27K plus automobile doesn't matter much down the road. And if the guy next door claims he paid less, who cares? A few years from now you won't remember what you paid and you'll care even less (plus he's probably lying anyway). Find a local dealer that you're comfortable with, make your best deal, and enjoy your car. I've found over the years that even with a car as reliable as a Honda, a good relationship with a dealer can be a real plus. Buy the dealer, not the car.

i agree... which makes me even MORE upset about paying sticker for my 07 Navi... the dealership i went to blows goats... but it was the only navi 6mt within 400 miles that wasnt CGP.

I emailed two dealers in the Seattle area saying "i've seen an average price paid of $28,200 for a TSX with nav, is that realistic?" and both have responded saying this price is below invoice. Are they lying or what?

Ha, I'm in that same boat. My two options are black and carbon gray but I was realy hoping for the artic blue. I might go for the carbon gray if it comes down to the two.

True, but if the average price paid is, say $28,000 and the dealer tries to convince me it's $29,000 and then tacks on $500 "to be fair" while the true invoice is $27,500 then I'd have been screwed out of $2,000.

I don't know what the true invoice is and if they are willing to lie about it but they are sales people after all, they don't dress up fancy for nothin.

yeah they told me arctic blue was IMPOSSIBLE. I did a dealer search through the entire US and found 2. I basically had to choose between a Silver non navi, black navi or carbon grey navi or non.

i didnt like the carbon grey much so i went for the silver then the dealership turned on me and wouldnt sell me the car for the price i had in writing... back out of the deal so i went to the other dealership for the black navi and as i originally said i would never buy a black car again... im happy i did cuz i love how it looks.

dont count out black... its not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.

you can find the invoice prices on edmunds.com and if they say that isnt it... they are liars and then ask them to see the invoice that they paid. if they are gonna play games like that then i wouldnt want to buy a car from them anyway.

I'm surprise that dealers are still so aggressive when it's 07 clearance time. It really depends on who you talk to there. The sales I talked to was so desperate to close, he gave me under invoice price without destination charge.

Ya, I bet those manual 6's don't move too fast seeing as they have three per dealership. I'll call all the places within a few hours of here and if I can't find blue I'll do black or gray. I'll be sure to stare long and hard at the black TSX on your recommendation.

I check their "true market value" feature out and it says "MSRP $30,960, What others are paying: $30,799" but for invoice it says N/A. Does this mean I'm SOL or is there another way to find invoices on their site?

I was here http://www.edmunds.com/new/2008/acur....html?action=2

any zip code or color apears to return the same numbers.

Alright, now you got me worked up. Edmunds doesn't know shit. If they were the experts, go buy your car from them, oh yeah thats right, Edmunds has never sold a car (or bought) in their existance. In the MA area we have to pay a $200 per car Ad fee (come to my dealership I'll show it to you on the invoice of the exact car you are buying).

Anyone who feels Edmunds TMV price is correct, please locate the "accept offer" button on their website and let me now when they deliver your car.

Now that thats off my chest, there is a REGIONAL dealer cash incentive on the TSX. About 50% of the US can buy a TSX for $1000 below what the other 50% will pay. That will not be reflected on the dealers invoice, but it's there.

This is bizarre, all the dealers around here said 28.2 was below invoice and they all sounded pretty certain about it. I don't think I was being bullshitted too much. Did this include the funny package with mud flaps, trunk liner and all that?

Included the clear bra, all-weather floormads and trunk liner, no flaps.

I just got my 07 tsx today non navi. it was originally 28,xxx. after a few hours it was 26,3xx. =). Oh and I traded in my 03 accord for it, which only got me roughly 13k.. so now i owe roughly 13~14k with a nice low interest rate
