Another Rotor Warp and Brake Question
Hello everyone!
I purchased my 06 TSX almost 1 year ago. It was a slightly used loaner vehicle and had 21K miles on it (just broken in for a Honda/Acura). Test drove it and noticed brake/rotor pulsation. Dealer replaced all pads and rotors prior to me driving it off of the lot.
I figured that since it was a loaner car, people drove it hard and braked even harder. Little did I know that at 40K miles (19K miles later), I'd be dealing with this issue yet again!
So here I am trying to decide what to do next. I have read and re-read all of these threads on brakes and rotor pulsation/vibration and now I feel more confused than ever before.
I need new brakes, that's without question, as I barely passed my PA State Inspection last week due to lack of pad life left on rear pads. I have decided on HAWK Performance Ceramics for all 4 corners.
What I can't seem to decide on is what to do about the rotors.
Do I:
Thanks in advance!

Do I:
1. Go cheap, buy new brake pads and try to Bed-In (something I never knew about prior to this website) the stock rotors from the dealership
2. Go with cheap new OEM rotors and hope the new brake pads prevent warpage in the future?
3. Go with Brembo Plain OEM replacements (total cost around $260 from tire-rack)
4. Go with Rotora Slotted replacements (total cost around $320 from Excelerate)
Obviously I need to perform the bed-in procedure no matter which option I choose, but I've love to hear your opinions on which route to go. I'd prefer not to spend more money than option 4 for racingbrake.2. Go with cheap new OEM rotors and hope the new brake pads prevent warpage in the future?

Since I believe that the majority of the "warped rotor" problems are really pad deposit problems my suggestion would be to go with your choice of aftermarket pad and follow the bed in procedure first.

Similar problem. I replaced all four with HPS and resurfaced OEM rotor at around 45k. That's only last another 15k until i feel the pulsation again.
I am thinking replace them with Brembo or Centric plain rotor. Maybe i should try to bed in again before buying anything. I didn't do it right last time.
