Alpine or Infinity Speakers for TSX

Hey all,

I have been thinking about buying the upgrade speakers for my CGTSX, I looked at Alpine 17C2 and 69C3 and Infinity 6012i and 9612i. I am considering to buy Infinity over Alpine because of 2 ways with high frequence and a little more bass than Alpine. But Alpine is still good speakers too. I am kind of stuck and not sure which brand I should get it. I have spoken to employer at audio shop and they recommend Alpine. I went other different place and they recommend me to get Infinity. I am deaf, I can hear music pretty good and feel it too.
Any suggestion? I need help.

George, I am no audio techie, but I have read that which speakers to use is dependent on if you are using the stock amp (in head unit) . in other words, the best speakers may not sound the best in the TSX if you are just using the stock amp. I did upgrade my speakers, but added an amp.(bypassing the stock amp) I really like the sound (DLS amp and DLS speakers from AVincar)
