Age of TSX owners.......

Hi,
I just got my car yesterday. I'll be 25 this Friday (the car is for my present to myself). I have to work two jobs to keep up with all the bills, but well worth every dime.
Hey, am I the only female in this forum?

No, not the only female by any means -- a lot of our great members are "XX." Siliobear, PinkyTSX, GrayTSX, Spilly just to name a few.
But, I've noticed they've been around less lately. I wonder if we scared them off with our boy talk???
But you'll see that we're not too bad, considering.

I'm 39 two kids. The TSX is my back and forth to work car. My primary family ride is an 03 Nissan Murano, another excellent ride.
Like the 20 year olds on the board I'm paying every cent of my cars, house, etc.
Since there's so many software engineers on the board I thought I'd add the following. I am a software development project manager of firm fixed price web applications. My current project was accessed as part of my company's SEI CMM/CMMI Level 5 accredidation. So, yes there are a few level 5 projects out there. Keep the statistical analysis coming

I'm 39, a software engineer, single with no kids, and I didn't even OWN a car until I was 29.
So far, out of 82 reported ages in this thread, we have an average age of 29.77, a standard deviation of 11, and a mean age of 27. Even though I skew to the geezer side, this makes me feel pretty good, because part of the reason I chose the TSX is that it didn't feel like an "old guy" car.

By the way, that sure is discipline, but I don't know that we'd recommend that much discipline.
Happy 3rd!

24 & Married: Vice President, Business Development & Finance for a bleeding edge tech company (focus in augmented reality and contextual computing - military is #1 customer). I'm a former Merrill Lynch Tech Investment Banker (IPOs, M&A, Add-ons, and converts for the big tech companies).
Sold the BMW Z3 we had bought outright to pay for the TSX (the Z3 held its value pretty well, so it was minimal expense to go with the TSX).
My wife is also 24 and a first grade teacher. She primarily drives our '03 PT Cruiser (no jokes ) we bought at the same time as the TSX. It's a pretty great vehicle that compliments the TSX well for contrasting capabilities, and you can get one loaded for less than $20k before taxes if you get $4500 off the sticker price like we did). We replaced a V6 Camry with this and were happy with the fairly moderate diff in price we had to cash out.

I never would've expected the next member of this group to be "TSX."

23. I'm a mechanical engineer at a small research firm. Specifically, I am under a NASA contract to make aircraft engines quieter.....
.....believe it or not, its alot easier than getting rid of my TSX's right passenger door rattle noise.

First off, Happy Birthday.
Secondly, if you're gonna be on the road from 7- 8 AM, I suppose that means you work a half mile away from your home?
I dunno, sometimes our traffic blows too...

Regarding the virgin, some people have suggested that the TSX should help. I don't know how unless someone gets some kinky uses for the metal MT shift knob. Has anyone tried?
Bad me! Bad, bad, bad...such nasty thoughts!
However, it you attached it to a vibrator...uggggh! I've already dug too deeply. Uh oh, that's bad too. I can't get out! Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!
