One advantage that TSX has over those other cars is that you really get a complete car for under $30,000....standard features on the TSX are options on the others that bring the cost to over $30,000.

unless you get the SRT8, and only have to drive in a straight line... and not have to look at the car...

ahhhh...wtf?

Okay, does anyone else think these "MSRP" prices are way off? I mean, I was looking at the IS250 and A4 ...they weren't even close to 30k! And a Benz C230 for under 30k?

They must be some seriously stripped down POS models.

I got curious myself.

A C230 with all the crap to make it equivalent to a TSX would make it 45 grand.

I love that for the Acura, they listed the fully loaded model with the Navi and for the other brands, they listed the absolute base price.

Here is a riddle for everyone on this site.

I have an '04 TSX/5at/nav/38K miles, 4 months to go on my lease. When I got the car back in Dec. 2003, I did a sign and drive, 39 month lease( nothing extra due at signing, only my first months payment). Monthly payment 418 (tax included in 418). I brought the car into the dealer today with a rear brake rattle, it needs new pads, no big deal($167).

Here is the issue: I am looking at a 2007 TL-s, so we called US Bank to get my pay-off amount. My pay-off is 18,977(this price includes tax). The dealer payoff is 21,145. The Dealer was floored that they would have to pay 2K more than me.

The sales manager has offered me 19.5K for my TSX, regardless of weather I buy the TL-s or any other car from them.
By the way, they are selling me the TL-s for 36,800 + TTD.

Can anyone please explain why the dealer pay-off is 2K higher than mine?
