Acura Customer Service: Good, Bad, Ugly?

Has anyone had to deal with Acura Customer Service? And if so what was your problem and how was the overall experience? Did Acura take the necessary steps to resolve your problem to your satisfaction?

Sorry, I should have clarified. Has anyone had to deal with a situation where Acura Cutomer Service, the 800 number, had to step in and how did Acura Cusomter Service, not the dealership, follow through.

Mine was... so so... u can't say that he didn't do his job... he did part of it... but I think it wasn't far enough... Ended up he gave me number of the GM of the dealership and I had to argue with them myself...

I called the 1800 # to let them know about a problem that the dealership said was "normal" but it's obviously not. They said that would call me back in 48 hours and will let me know what they find. It took them 48 hours to call me back and say "the dealership says its normal so there's nothing we can do". They didn't even suggest to take it to another dealership.
I was so pissed i filed a lemon law complaint. I should be hearing back from the manufacturer in a few weeks. The lemon law attornys were the ones to send the letter out.
So to me, i give them an UGLY!
