I am Acura 2005 TSX (original) owner.
Had quite a scare the other day after 19 years of having no issues.

Driving on freeway at 60 mph, lost power steering and breaking ability. Both the engine light and battery light came on (and stayed solid). Headlights, radio, Navi, and emergency blinkers seemed to remain normally powered. I used quite a bit of force (both on steering wheel and breaks) to be able to stop - luckily, without accident.
Was able to turn the key in off position, and did not re-try starting the engine.
In about 40 min, tow-truck driver was able to start the engine as normal and drive vehicle onto truck bed on its own, then off the truck beck at the dealership.
Provided the above description to dealership - after 2 days of tests, they could determine battery failed load test and replaced it with new. They also said they test drove it for 4 miles, and could not see further issues with drive ability.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Note: Several days prior to that, oil change was performed by the same dealership (as usual) and multipoint inspection showed no issues (including battery passing load test).
