9 and 3 or 10 and 2?
I drive one handed, even when I'm driving an automatic. I usually have my hand at around 9:30, except when I'm about to make a left turn (12:30), or right turn (7:30).
But with the 06's steering wheel, I keep my hand a little higher (around 10:30) because i like holding onto that bulge lol

As long as it doesn't consist of having the seatback lowered all the way and the only thing holding you up is your hand on the steering wheel...i've seen this.
For me its mostly 9:3 where my thumbs rest on the top of the spokes (always on curvy roads). Occasionally its 10:2 when I tire of the 9:3 position and my pinkies rest on the spokes and very rarely one-handed at 6 o'clock (cruising a long straight).

this brings up a second question...how many people have their seat all the way back with the ghetto lean...and how many have their seat where they are supposed to be according to their height

why not start another thread with your question.
In the city - 9 and 3. On a straigt highway with light traffic - one hand at 6:15 (because of the bottom spoke of the steering wheel)
I used to have a VW Passat with a 4-spoke steering wheel. I found it very comfortable by "hanging" two fingers on either of the lower spokes, with the elbow on the armrest, when I drove. I love the look of our 3-spoke steering wheel but I miss those two bottom spokes, especially on the highway. In fact, my fingers still look of the spoke at 4 and 8 o'clock by habit once in a while.

It's 9 and 3 for me, and I have my seatback at upright position. For some reason, I find it very uncomfortable and very uncool with holding the steering wheel at 12 and with the seatback reclined too far back.
