Putting the feelers out regarding the realistic private-party value of the following:

2007 Alabaster Silver/Ebony TSX
6-SP/Tech

Car is in excellent condition with brand new tires. Per KBB, the following values are set forth:

What's realistic, here? It's difficult to see the value for the 2007 6-sp/Tech is worth almost the same as my 2009 6-sp/Tech A-Spec with the same mileage. Your help and input is much appreciated.
