These guys must be idiots then. I mean come on, what VW has ever held its value well. I doubt the EOS or GTI will be any different. Same with the IS. People on there forums are getting massive discounts on the car, and KBB.com shows a huge hit in just the first 2 years.

I am not sure where they get this info, but I don't know if the TSX will be a high resaler. It is getting a complete redesign in 2008 which usually means bad news for the outgoing model. Just seems like strange rankings.

Many of the cars in that list have already held their value well, the TSX being one of them. Since it was introduced, the TSX has had great resale, and I see no reason for it not to continue, even with a redesign coming for the '09 model.

Kiplinger's December issue divides up the cars by cost category. The TSX is listed in the $25K-$30K with a resale value of 58%/40% (3year/5year). Some of the other cars in this cost category are:
Audi A4 2.0T (AWD) - 55%/36%
Honda Accord EX-L v6 - 54%/36%
Mazda6 S Grand Touring 4dr - 53%/39%
Saab 9-3 2.0T - 48%/31%
Subaru Legacy GT Limited AWD - 54%/40%
Toyota Camry SE V6 - 65%/47% <-------- best resale value
Volvo S40 T5 (AWD) 4dr - 51%/34%
