I need a new throttle body gasket for a 2006 TSX. Looking on O'Reilly's site, I see the Fel-Pro gasket Part Number: 61349. The picture is different than what my oem one is. After looking at the other compatible cars, (2003-2007 Honda Accord, 2003-2004 Honda Element...etc) I looked them up on Honda's site and it shows the same picture shape as O'Reilly's.

So I'm a little confused here...the nearest Acura dealer is quite far and expensive.

I'm pretty sure the gasket you need is not the same as the Accord because your TB diameter was increased from the 04-05 versions. You need the proper gasket which O'Reilly is not giving you. They are giving you the one for the 04-05 TSX.
