Sierra Acura of Alhambra just offered me 25488$ (including dest charge)
for the 2006 Acura TSX Automatic trans, ASM ,w/o navi.
Is this fair deal guys? just curious... In my opinion it's pretty damn
good price though.
what do you guys think?
If any other Acura dealer can possibly go lower on that price, I am willing
to go for it~

Navi sells itself, its worth it...
its a good price, probaly cuz the dealer wants to sell wuts on their lot
as for transmission, its really personal. if u can drive stick the magnesium alloy 6mt is really fun

That's a great price. The only ones to come close from my shopping are Armen in Santa Monica Acura, but he mostly sells Carbon Grays, and Jerry Ede of Power Acura, Torrance, where I bought mine. I would check with Jerry to see if he can match or beat. At Power, the protection package is always included. Make sure you get the same from Sierra or elsewhere.

 

I paid $27.3k for the same car with Navi and feel I got an AWESOME deal. Since Navi is $2k extra, and considering the profit on that $2k, I think it would be very hard to beat your deal. If the dealer treats you right, I would go ahead and do it.
