2006 TSX OEM a-spec rear lip will be fit on 2005 rear bumper???

No, but kind-of no. It will not fit PERFECTLY as an 04/05 would, but some have done it, and with an extra screw or two I hear you can make it flush. All the clips should line up, but the rear fascias do not quite match. I have not seen it myself, but apparently it sticks out an extra mm or two.
