2005 TSX. battery light comes on

battery light comes on when stopping then off. headlights and highbeams on with blower on high on no battery light. alt. out putno load - 13.84V with load - 13.73V

Perhaps rpm is dropping too low to maintain alternator output. It could be caused by a dirty throttle plate. Clean throttle plate carefully and open w/ throttle pedal and keyswitch on, not by force.
