1UP for the bicycle roof rack.

This is one of the reasons why I didn't get a hitch rack for the TSX. Images are from MTB site I browse regularly.

Rear ended, damaged rack, damaged car. (Damaged bike if the bike was on it.)

With the roof rack, you can still drive under a garage and cause massive damage, but that's just the driver being stupid.

Sorry, but nothing but the red x. I'm curious what the picture is, but no matter, I doubt it would change my opinion on the hitch rack concept. I've used one for a number of years now, and in my opinion it's the best thing since sliced bread. The hitch was going on anyway (won't buy a car that won't tow), but if need be I'd put it on for the rack. I haven't seen any kind of a bike rack that can touch the overall usefulness (and the big bonus: NO part of the bike or rack touches the car).

I'm logged in (or I wouldn't have been able to leave the post that I did) and all I get is the dreaded red x.

You were able to post on acurazine because you're logged into acurazine.

You're not able to view the picture on http://forums.mtbr.com because you're not logged into http://forums.mtbr.com.

I copied the URL he posted for the picture, and the site asked me to log in. I don't want to make yet another account for a site i'll never visit again, so maybe someone else can go there and copy the picture for us =P
