1st gen TSX things to look for

So im currently looking at retiring my current DD which is a 97 civic with 360k miles on the original motor! and looking to possibly get an 04 TSX 6MT with 250k on it.
other then the obvious, clutch, brakes, belts, fluids what are some other things I should look at on this car with the mileage. I have an 07 6MT Type S so i'm familiar with the normal issues with those but not so much on the TSX.
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated

Headunit backlight going out, glove box not opening, front passenger side door lock actuator, starter, ps line, axle(s) vibrations, rear end links and some say lower ball joints too.

Earlier ones apparently burn a bit of oil which can lead to timing chain failure if not checked/ topped up regularly.

The 06-08 model years had a few updates that are pretty nice like extra hp/tq, fog lights standard, updated navi, updated maintenance reminder for service, updated front bumper, and thicker steering wheel and updated gear shift for a few updates.

Most of the issues with the TSX is age related like:
- P/S pump and rack leaks
- alternator
- battery cable
- A/C compressor
- worn suspension
- door or trunk actuators
- lost or inop key fobs
- paint
- HIDs dim or out
- HID covers with UV haze
- cracked fogs (06-08 versions)
