only 10k miles per year? $4500 due at signing? ouch. I don't like that math.
you might be better off buying a new one outright, assuming you buy the car when the lease is up. Buy a used one with low miles & let someone else pay for the depreciation ( did).
it would be a shame to possess such a sweet car and be so limited on mileage.

Not a good deal. 4500 due at signing on a 24 month lease = additional $187 a month if you fought for no money down. Even if it was something like $2000 down for 24 months you'll end up paying $304 a month... that's with excellent credit.
Also that 10K mile a year seems a bit low for my taste, I know at Muller Honda in Chicago 12k a year is the minimum they start you at.

The price you describe in no bargin. With a little haggling and a favorable intrest rate you can own it !! No mile restrictions and The TSX has a wonderful resale value. Better with a 6 speed manual...
