07 TL Switchblade - Calgary

Hi there, I just ordered the switchblade from FLBUSA and was wondering if anyone has done the mod in Calgary, and where did you take it to get the key cut/programmed. Thanks

I talked to a service rep and they didn't even know if the tl keys were using the same frequency as the tsx key. in other words, the person i talked to had no clue about the mod haha D:

Chips are exactly the same and the transmitters are exactly the same frequency. You don't need them to program the transmitter either, just the immobilizer chip.

Hold up, so you're saying the transmitter (remote is what I'm thinking) doesn't need to be programmed and it should auto lock/unlock my doors and open the trunk. All I need is to find a place to get the key cut and get the immobilizer programmed?
