06 trunk lid same as 04?

I got an offer to trade my 06 trunk lid for their 04 trunk lid w/ attached oem spoiler straight up. I wanted to know if the two models are the same design since half of rear lights are part of the lid.

Assuming they are identical....
what about the paint ? Yours is few months fresh while that one is over 2 years.

Too much "risk" for what $300 savings ? IMO

Where can I find the oem spoiler painted for 300? Isn't it more like $500?

Cool, thanks guys. I guess I won't be doing the swap then. btw, if anyone cares, I looked up the complete parts replacement numbers for the 04 and 06 trunk lid system and there is a very minor difference between the two. The 04 has a fuel line clip that's not on the 06 and the the 06 has a drain plug that's not on the 04.

IIRC, the reverse taillights are also different on the '06. I am not sure if you had planned on switching the light assemblies, but the on the '06 the reverse lights are tinted.

I put the Mugen air spoiler on my 06 but called Acura parts first. The part numbers are the same for the trunklid for 04. 05 and 06. BTW, the spoiler mount holes lined up perfectly with the punch marks for the OEM wing....
