Found this article today thought you guys might appreciate it. BBC Channel 4 has a review up of an active steering option that'll be available for the new Accord. Honda basically combined their active cruise control and lane steering technologies together. The equipped car is an '05, sadly, b/c Honda isn't ready to show anyone the new '06. Also, no word if this option will jump the ocean.

Whoa.. that's really interesting and cool too.
However... kinda freaky if cars were to really drive themselves. Being able to feel the road of half the fun of driving. So... oh well... we'll see what happens.

I doubt that'll make it here anytime soon. If it does, it'll be in the RL. But there's too many liability issues in this litigous country.

Liability? nah... all they have to do is integrate another waiver into the Nag screen. Then they'll be good to go.
