04 tsx non navi ti navi. Possibly?
I have a 2004 Acura tsx non-navi and my light died in the head unit and it's 4000+ to replace it at my .coal acura dealership. My warranty is already up so I can't get it for free which really sucks.
It's cot 1500 in parts so I mines as well do a nab conversion. I also notice the steering wheel does not have the button as a navi does.
Do I need the steering wheel buttons?
Will it fit in?
What else would I need to do the converse?
And if not how do I get my light to work again in my head unit.

I also have an '04 Non Navi, and just got the circuit board in the radio replaced for the second time. The board was 51.87 plus 1-1/2 hrs labor (169.50) for a total of 221.37 (out of warrant @ 147,155). Only the HVVAC buttons were out.
I think all the buttons were out last time @ 57,005.

Got it done @ Acura 101 _ Calabasas, CA.
Used to live in the area. Am now in Grover Beach _ Central Coast with no dealer in sight. Will maybe go to the Honda Dealer for oil & filter changes.
Check out that TSB, No 04-021. Maybe see another dealer?

I'm in NZ and looking at swapping out my japanese nav system with an aftermarket "OEM replacement" called the Autosoul AS-4500. My main reason for doing this is to have NZ maps and GPS but can see a market for non-navi TSX owners to want to upgrade. Then again, I have no way of knowing if your TSX has the same radio with AC controls that the "Accord Euro" does, only that we share the same chassis, body and engine.

Please ignore the above posts, after doing a little research your stereo is completely different to mine, and actually comes in the Honda Inspire (JDM) rather than the TSX/Accord Euro. I'd delete them but I can't!
