04 TSX battery warranty is 4 years/unlimited miles?
Hi guys,
I threw away my warranty book.
Can someone tell me if the 04 TSX battery warranty is 4 years/unlimited miles?
I want to know because I think my battery is dying but I have 50,200 miles
I know my bumper to bumper is over but i remember something about batteries being covered for 4 years with unlimited miles.

The battery may be under some sort of warranty. I'm at work and can't check for ya. I had a battery in my other car that died and was still under warranty (from Walmart) and they just replaced it at no cost. I had only one day left on the warranty

2004 batterys were 2 years direct replacement (free) and 2 years pro-rated (you pay some). If you're in the last year, you'll pay most of the cost anyway so I'd consider purchasing where it's convenient.

Don't know about the '04, but my '05 had a "bad" battery at 27 months. It was in for an oil change and the service advisor said that the "failed the load test" so they replaced it free of charge under the warranty. My paperwork says "test code 2VA2J-6J00H" I had only 19,184 miles.
According to my manual ....The '05 battery warranty is:
first 2 years - free
25-36 months - 60% credit
37-48 months - 40% credit
49-60 months - 20% credit
The credit is for the purchase of a new battery at the current retail price. Labor and installation charges are not covered.
Not sure why they didn't charge me.

Hey there!
Believe it not I just had mine replaced today because it died (apparently during the night as it wouldn't start when I tried to go to class this morning). Completely free!!
Mine is an '06 with 27,000K miles. I'm not exactly sure how long the battery warranty is, but I sure as hell got a new one for free and I'm pretty excited.
