[04 TSX] Trying to find the OBDII port

As the title says, I'm trying find the OBDII port in my brother's '04 TSX.

I've done a search on the forum but didn't see any clear direction to its location, and the user manual is of little help.

Many thanks.

Look above where you left leg would be while driving the car. It is on the underdash panel.
