Nothing has been installed because front springs are wrong. I compared them to mine and they are not only much narrower, but much shorter and much softer as well. There's no way the springs he got for the fronts would support the car's weight.

i didn't know b+g made springs for our cars. I just know they made coilovers for our cars, not springs. cool nonetheless

Nice pics.

Looks like someone is finally getting their suspension installed.

I'm jealous of the 1G love on the West Coast.

^ Told you to set the rears softer. Full stiffness does NOT equal good handling.

Oh and for some strange reason car felt quicker after lowering and was fun driving back home. traffic killed it though..

If you aren't scraping, you aren't low enough.

Yes it was dumped. Took us two days to finish it because be messed up front strut mount while drilling but luckily Chris had extra from his Legend that worked. But kudos to Ken (desired_speeds) who did all the work, I just helped a little to drill holes and thats about it. It was freaking pain and to top it off it started to rain half way through.

Next mod...

Lightly tint the turn signals?

You should just take all of the mod ideas that Ken has done.

Those mods on your car would be really nice.

Tighter suspension, then car responds quicker, you perceive it as being faster overall. Set the rears at about a quarter past the softest setting, and the fronts maybe 3/4 from softest. It'll help.

Nice, I would always leave it full stiff, less chance of bottoming out = longer life for shocks and you should get used to the ride feel, I know I have.

I can live with it but my sister will be driving this car for a month or so, so I have to soften it up a little so that she won't complain and I still have to teach her how to go sideways over bumps...

tony took a dump

props to ken

^stock jack didn't fit under the jacking point, it was that low...

it was really dark when tony took off but it looked REALLY good. IIRC, it's a bit higher all around right now for driveability but still very low.

tony, ditch the front mud flaps or the speedbumps will do it for you...
