hey....i have a 96 2.5tl and im gonna put 18x8 inch chromes on it since i couldnt find the ones i wanted in 18x7.5 i was just wondering if this will make a big difference???

a difference of half an inch does not matter if you keep the stock springs.

im sure its not biggie. if it rubs roll the fenders problem solved!

u know how the inside of the fender has a lip on it like so: _| you roll the inside flat up against the inside of the fender . what offset are the wheels u plan on getting because that plays a huge factor in weather they will rub or not

to roll your fenders the ghetto way, you can do the following:

1) place a baseball bat in your wheel well gap, usually in the rear.
2) then have a friend open the rear door and have him stand on the door sill
3) roll the bat from one end of the wheel well to the other

The downside to this is it may crack your paint on the inside and cause rust.
