Hello And help

My brake lights on 1996 Acura TL are stuck in the on position, which fuse deals with that, is the stop/horn fuse?

brake lights always on usually means "brake switch" underneath the brake pedal has gone bad.

The same thing happened to me a year ago. I bought a new brake switch, but it still stayed on.
Believe it or not, there's a cheap plastic deal that actuated the brake switch, and it had worn a hole in it, thus the switch couldn't actuate.
It's either the switch or the actuator.
