Just finished putting my car back together after a compete head gasket job. Now the car won't shift out of second gear. I called a transmission shop and they said to check the throttle pressure cable that goes down to the transmission. Anyone can explain how to do that or have any other ideas?

 

Just found out that the code P0730 lights up, and that there are a bunch of ABS codes and transaxle(?) code 2. If that helps...
