Tick-tick-tick

Today I started hearing very faint tick-tick-tick noises and I narrowed it down to the AC blower. When the blower is on, I hear the ticky-tick, when it is off, it's gone.

Is this a common issue? This ticky-tick is a symptom of something fixing to fail....ideas? I heard from my CRV forum that the blower circuit is normally the culprit...I wonder if it is the same here...
