I have a 2003 TL model and recently my CD player became jammed so instead of messing around I just unhooked the battery. This seeems to be the universal solution to fixing that kind of thing and it worked. I was able to recover all of the CDs in the player but now I have a problem. The stereo wants a code and I have no idea what that code is or where to find it. Anybody have a solution? Thanks.

I got the problem resolved. No help needed. Except a call to the dealership.

 

Many times the code is hidden under the dash somewhere hidden. I found mine (a slip of paper) under the floor mat with the code. Good Luck

 

mine was under the coin thing next to the lighter and under the arm rest

 

mine was located on a printed label located near the rear speakers visible from inside the trunk
