So, i am having the oh-so-common problem of my front windows scratching big time, and being rediculously slow. I could use any info on how to fix this.

Also the plastic piece around my shift knob, not the piece with the cut out for the knob, but the bigger black piece around that, is cracked and stained, is that part replaceable? if so, how do i find it?

Lastly, i have a couple tears in the top of my dash, I guess this stuff is vynle? Is there a decent way to repair the tears?

I have a 96 2.5 by the way.


So far, I have changed the oil/filter , fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, cleaned my EGR valve, replaced PCV valve. Any other reccomendations on what i can do to improve performance/ gas mileage, that arnt too pricey?
Its got 100,150 miles on it.
