Need help with the center speakers

Friends, I recently bought a '98 TL and I cant figure out if the speakers on the dome work or not....some insight onto what are those speakers and what are their specification would be very helpful....

Also, when I roll up and down my windows, I hear a squeaking noise...do you think it is the glass scraping or is it the grooves which need to be lubed?

The answers to both of your questions, and more, using the search button.

I'll repeat what's been said and what I've said, the dome speakers are 8 ohms and can be spliced into the front channels, but will play too loudly, and the connector for them plugs directly into the stock deck. I'm assuming yours no longer has the stock deck, so they won't work.

The window thing is a piece of felt that after 10 years has accumulated alot of dust and dirt, and is actually scratching your windows.

~Cheers~

P.S. I've explained what they are, now use the search button to find the solutions, .
