help - Codes and I don't know what to do
Hey any one who can help i have a 98 2.5tl whit problems n only has 68000 miles on it.. Problem codes P0122Throttle position-low voltage, p0113Idle air sensor circuit-high voltage,p0700 auto transmission malfunction, and p1790 for throttle position failure. I took it to acura but dnt have the $$ to fix it, i have change the mass air flow sensor, clean the idel air control valve, clean out the EGR valve, and change the fuel filter but when i turn the car on 10min later idel moves low then engine shake n shuts off, tried to drive it but when i press the gas the car dosen't go it struggles then drives but then shuts off???? someone out there help

Tl it, why you would post that ( ^^ ) in a cracked dashboard thread in the 3rd Gen TL, I have no idea.
Don't hijack threads. And don't post the same thing multiple times in multiple forums.

You tightened too much your Idle air control valve.
Loose = higher idle trottle
Tighter = lower trottle
If that doesn't fix it I dont know what to tell ya. Sounds like alot of problems for such low milage engine.

I think changing the TPS should take care of a few things, but why not disconnect it, clean out the connector, then plug it back in. Reset your ECU by disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds or more and see if the codes come back?
