Fans running after turning off the ignition??
Whats going on peeps,
I noticed something weird yesterday...I turned off the ignition to head into a coffee shop but I had to come a couple mins after and I noticed the 2 huge fans behind radiator were running...I didn't open the hood but I was familiar with the sound because it's happened before and I never paid attention to it because its happened sparingly like once a year... Anyhow They stopped running after a couple of seconds after I got there...I have a 96 2.5 tl...I used to have a 92 vigor and I can vaguely remember the same thing happening to that....any ideas what it could be?

Not unusual in summertime when engines get really hot during operation. When you shutdown, the heat stored in the engine soaks the water and temp could increase above a level considered safe for the head gasket. To prevent, Acura has the cooling fans come on. Convection cooling pulls the cooled water into the hot engine and prevents overheating in this shutdown condition.
You might check your coolant level and watch your temperature when driving to be sure everything is normal. Any elevated temps (compared to normal position) would suggest a failing thermostat.
good luck
