hey guys, my headlights are a bitch. i replaced the left bulb 3 weeks ago after if exploded, not my right one is not on but not blown. there is crud all over the terminals and stuff should spraying it with some kind of cleaner help?

 

oh and my highbeams work on the same light bulb, same setup. just not the regular headlights. i wiggled it hit it ha nothing worked any ideas!?
