Aftermarket Alarm Slight Working

I recently got my heater blower fan fixed, well working, on my 1998 Acura 2.5 TL and a new problem has arisen from the repair. From the look of it, upon taken out the dashboard, it appears the mechanic disconnected one of the cables that goes to the aftermarket alarm system. When he put the dashboard back on, that disconnected cable was left dangling on the passenger side. Having knowledge of electronics, I followed the cable to the driver side where it was connected to a ScyTec Astra 1000RS. Upon reading the info on the system, I found that that cable is in fact, the negative unlock output (-) 500mA. My assumption is that this goes to the Unlock Door cable on the passenger side. The cable is also split into a T so that on cable leads to the fuse box and the other to the passenger side. Now, my question is, where does this cable go to? Here are the symptons:

- Using the remote, car will unlock but alarm will sound until key is inserted and unlocked on the driver side door. Inserting key in the passenger side door can unlock the door and disarm when alarm is not sounding but will not disarm when alarm is sounding.
- After disabling the alarm via the key, the remote can arm (lock the door) and disarm (unlock the door).
- Starter works properly as well after disabling the alarm via key.
-If you arm the car for about a minute (like walking into a store), the remote will no longer work and you will need the key to disarm again.
