98 2.5tl won't start!!!!!!!!! Help

I have a 5 cylinder 1998 Acura 2.5 TL. It has always started up very well, in every weather condition below freezing to very hot. Yesterday the car started fine, a 30 degree morning, this morning it would crank but just not catch. Yesterday and last night it rained consistently and the morning was warm, 60 degrees and humid. In the past the check engine light would come on because of a miss fire in cylinder 1 but it doesn't effect performance. Also, about once a month at random times, a traffic light or just stopped, it would stall out with what seemed to be an idling problem. I don't know if any of that info helps I just thought I'd give you some background.

Is my starter finished?

Have you gotten the codes with the on board diagnostic jumper under the glove box? If not there is a blue connector that is pretty much just dangling there and you jumper it.... put the key in and wallah....you take the codes like it was an old school obdII, I system ....long ones are ten and short ones are one...pauses indicated starting a new code.

That is where I would start.
