1996 acura tl ,,,,,code p1318

I got code check engine light on (spark plug detection module bank 2)code p1318 and tcs light comes on also at the same time, anyone that fixed this kind of problem before,,please helpppppppppppppppppppppppp

I found out

short circuit///high voltage, I'll check it out
