First Post (here's the ride)
Here are a few pics. I posted some on the other site, but it seems very dead. Let me know what you guys think!
I am trying to get better at picture taking, so bear with me.
I need a drop and some painted side skirts, but I don't know what else there is to do.

Thanks KaMLuNg! I have been watching some of the other members here and I am going to try that parking garage scene when it is a little more overcast outside, to see if they come out better. I always get all of this reflection from the paint, and the pictures look bad.

2 simple "mods" that I could see you doing would be to paint your muffler (black or silver) whatever you prefer. I'd go black. And get a new dual exhuast tip.

Id welcome you but you've been a member longer than a lot of these people here. Visit us more freq bro!
as you mentioned your future mods, thats pretty much what you can do with the exterior. Well aside from a kit. Oh and the chain license plate frame is hideous

Thanks for all of the love guys.
1. The Pin Stripe is Vinyl and it was on the car when i bought it back in 2000. I was thinking of having it removed though, because it seems to clash with the wheels.
2. The wheels are 17" Konig Incidents (Silver and gunmetal finish). The guy at the rim shop said that the it would look better with the dark car than just straight silver rims.
3. I was thinking of a 1 inch drop. Jinny at AW suggested it.
4. Good looking out on the exhaust. I have been looking at it every time I wash the car, and you are right, I need to do something about it.
I will definitely visit a lot more often to the forums. I love reading and looking at all of the cool stuff you guys do to your rides, but I guess that I should participate a little more as well.

Alpha, your photos are fine. It's difficult to avoid reflections in the paint but you're heading in the right direction re: the photo on top of the garage roof. Overcast days where there is no detail in the clouds is optimal. Next time try moving your car away from the fence and anything else. Trees, buildings, etc. Also, if you have to shoot in the sun, try doing so early in the morning or late in the day when the sun is low in the sky. This provides warmer light and more interesting shadows and depth. The garage idea is cool as hell but difficult because of the type of lights typically found in garages...at least around here. Often times they're fluorescent, which casts a green hew. Many cameras will balance this out but not always successfully.
Hope this helps. Good luck. Sharp car.

Thanks Teekay. Post some of your ride so that I can see. My wife kick started me in to doing this. She just took the car to the shop and bought the rims on her way home from work. She had the rim shop guy call me to make sure that I would like the color of the wheels, but she definitely picked up the wife of the year award with that move.
JTTL- I have printed out your suggestions and I will try them this weekend. I really appreciate the advice and the compliments. I feel like a kid again! I should have started doing this years ago, but it's more fun when you can afford to do it.

Teekay,
That is exceptionally clean. I love that headunit install. It looks so clean like it came that way stock! I don't usually go for chrome wheels on cars, but with that pretty white, it comes off classy. Excellent job!
I can scratch one mod off of my list and that is the painted side sills. The body shop told me that once the rocks/road debris started banging on them and the paint started chipping (which it would), I will have to buy new sills. They didn't recommend doing it.
I am just glad that he was straight up with me on that though. he even went in the back and mixed up some touch up paint for me for free so that I could get some of my scratches and rock chips fixed. So, not a total loss!
