VP12 Performance Chip good or bad ?

was lookin into getting the volo VP12 Performance Chip for my 98 tl 3.2
is this gonna kill my engine or be considerably helpful ?

There is no such thing like chip for these cars. Don't waste your time and hard earned money on this crap..
