good luck dude. alarms are tough to begin with, also need to get rid of what ever anti theft is already in there. and remote start is usually a real pain to get hooked up...its not impossible, it will take forever, especially if its your first one.....more just a huge pain and you have to get it right.

I've installed one years ago on this car and it's just a matter of tracing down the correct wires to tap into. Windows to roll down and mirrors to fold will require much more than just the alarm brain to work.

It's just a matter of preference as long as the factory alarm doesn't interfere with the aftermarket, and vice versa. I left my factory in since it doesn't do any harm.

Mine does it every now and then. I read somewhere that it was due to a ground or something in the actuator.

Fairly simple disassembly. Tear down the panels and you will see the bolts that hold the tails.

OOOO i see what you mean.... Hmm maybe it wants you to tap into the relay since the optimal ch give out power to turn it something on... For example for my folding mirrors I would have to tap into the relay to make them work with the alarm

Wrong thread buddy no leaks here lol

No I haven't, but I have taken the passenger side actuator out to fix the annoying grinding noise that it makes when the door is lock.
