does anyone know the max towing weight for the '97 3.2tl. had no problem towing my 2000 yzf600r (aprox wt 412lbs.), but my new bike 2005 hayabusa is a bit heavier (approx wt 478lbs.). is that too muck weight for the tranny?

 

You'll be fine. I think the max is 1000 pounds. Its in the manual.
